Maurice Darvish, M.D.
Dr. Darvish is a graduate of the Université de Bordeaux II School of Medicine, in Bordeaux, France. After completing medical school in 1968, he completed a 4-year specialty training program in internal medicine at Bayonne Hospital in Bayonne, France and at Bichat Hospital in Paris, France.
In 1978, Dr. Darvish, along with his wife and 2 children, moved to Los Angeles to be close to the rest of his family. In the early 1980’s, Dr. Darvish completed his medical training in internal medicine at the Veterans’ Administration Medical Center Long Beach, a University of California, Irvine Medical School affiliated program. During this time, he also conducted research investigating the relationship between viruses and neurological diseases. This research has since been published in a variety of scientific journals including “Neurology“ .
To be able to provide his patients truly compassionate and excellent care, Dr. Darvish opened Brentview Medical Urgent Care in 1985. He has been practicing at Brentview since and constantly stays up-to-date with the newest advances in healthcare. Dr. Darvish is a staff physician at St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica. Outside the office, Dr. Darvish enjoys exercising daily and spending time with his family.
William Ziarnik, M.D.
Dr. William Ziarnik is a graduate of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. “Dr. Z”, as he is called by his patients, spends his time between Los Angeles and Tuscon, Arizona. He also works at the Veteran’s Administration (VA) in Tuscon where he is on staff in the Internal Medicine Department.
He is very passionate about making sure his patients are treated compassionately and thoroughly.He loves teaching and has won numerous teaching awards at the Tuscon VA. Outside the office, Dr. Z enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
