Drink Plenty of Water

If your body doesn’t respond well to fiber, try taking a fiber supplement. This may reduce bloating and gas. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to minimize bloating, gas, and constipation. Avoid caffeinated beverages and alcohol. They can make diarrhea worse. Sodas can cause bloating.

Limit Dairy Products
