Our streamlined process includes a walk-in first appointment and a follow-up visit. Here's how it works:
Prepare the documents you'll need to bring to your appointment. This includes your passport, visa, immigration documents, photo ID, and any medical records or vaccination documents you may have. Having these ready will make your visit quicker and more efficient.
No appointment needed for your first visit! Simply come to either our Brentwood or West Hollywood clinic during business hours. Check in at our front desk and complete any necessary paperwork. Our staff will verify your information and begin the check-in process.
A nurse or medical assistant will take your vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate) and review your complete medical history. Be prepared to discuss any previous surgeries, current medications, allergies, and chronic health conditions.
Blood and urine samples will be collected for required laboratory tests. These tests check for communicable diseases and other health conditions required by USCIS. Lab results are typically available within 1-5 business days.
The staff will give you a summary of your first visit. You'll be notified by phone when your lab results are ready and to schedule your follow-up appointment where the complete physical examination will take place.

Return to your preferred clinic for your scheduled follow-up appointment. You'll meet with the physician to review your lab results and undergo a complete physical examination.
The panel physician will conduct a comprehensive physical examination, including assessment of your eyes, ears, nose, and throat; chest and heart examination; abdomen examination; and neurological checks. The physician will review all your health information and lab results.
Any required vaccinations based on your exam and lab results will be administered during this visit. The physician will complete a final review of all your health information and results.
Your completed Form I-693 and all supporting documentation will be provided in an official sealed envelope. The physician will ensure everything is complete and ready for submission with your immigration application.
You now have everything needed to submit your completed I-693 and all supporting documentation with your immigration application to USCIS. The sealed envelope should not be opened or tampered with before submission.
